Shipping and Returns
Postage charges are calculated automatically by the shopping cart based on the total weight o the items. You can get a quote with no obligation by adding items to the cart and selecting 'estimate shipping'.
Please be aware that we only dispatch items two or three times a week and we cannot guarantee same day dispatch of your order. It depends on the timing.
If you wish to return an item please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods, either via email (preferred) or by post. We will then arranged for the goods to be returned to us, and a full refund issued. Return postal costs will not be refunded. All items must be returned in the same condition that they were received.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive is faulty, or has been sent in error then please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods, either via email (preferred) or by post, and a full refund, or replacement can be arranged. In this instance return postal costs will also be reimbursed.
Occasionally items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case you will be informed, and a new estimated delivery time will be given. You will then have the right to either accept the new delivery estimate, or receive a full refund. Please remember that delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Occasionally an item listed on our website may no longer be available. We do make every effort to update the website regularly, and understand that this situation can be very disappointing. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order a full refund will be given, along with our sincere apologies.
